SUMMARY:
The warehouse supervisor role is a fast paced and dynamic role that is pivotal to delivering our products on time to our customers. This role is responsible for supervising 12-15 hourly warehouse associates with the potential to grow that number in the near term. As a warehouse supervisor you will be challenged with varying priorities based off the business conditions. The Andersen logistics network in the Mountain West is growing quickly and is looking for a motivated leader that can lead their team to achieve the business goals, while creating a respectful team environment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $83,686 - $129,714 per year.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the execution and development of efficient and effective processes to enable our team to ship customer orders on-time and complete, safely.
- Deliver effective communications to our team so that they have clear direction to carry out our daily work plan.
- Define, communicate, and hold team accountable for our performance targets based on our AMS 2.0 strategy to enable Continuous Improvement.
- Establish and maintain and environment conducive to high levels of engagement, morale, employee satisfaction based on our values.
- Provide coaching on performance and approach, information, ideas, feedback, and encouragement to employees.
- Promote safety-first approach to executing the work while teaching all to do the same with an emphasis on the customer and quality.
- Work to develop our team into future leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Four year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of world-class Lean and quality initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to help others to work together effectively.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to speak to groups effectively and communicate to leaders.
- Effective discernment and decision-making in difficult situations.
- Positive attitude and time management.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
