POSTION SUMMARY:
The APBS Sales Rep is primarily responsible for the delivery of sales revenue objectives. Success will be dependent on this role’s ability to build strong trade relationships, maximize revenue share with the trade, works collaboratively with functional roles and ensures effect and accurate execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to build brand loyalty and maximize sales results with established trade accounts.
· Effectively leverage brand strength and retail services to generate value-based proposals that maximize opportunity margin and exceeds customer expectations.
· Effectively deploys strong project management and communication skills with internal associates and external customers.
· Assume responsibility for the accuracy of the quote-order process, properly establishing customer expectations and minimizing risk throughout the process.
· Works collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams to support the complete project sale.
· Assure that commitments to customers are met and results in high customer satisfaction ratings.
· Establish credibility with targeted trade customers by conducting business consistent with Andersen's Vision, Values and Strategies.
· Lead the generation of accurate proposals based.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Four-year degree in Business, Architectural Design, Construction Management, related field of study or equivalent experience.
· Knowledge of Architectural design, Residential/Commercial construction processes and an ability interpret specifications and architectural drawings.
· Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with trade customers, channel partners and peers.
· Demonstrated ability to speak to large groups using multiple delivery methods.
· Evidence of strong analytical and fact based planning skills.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $47,059 - $72,942/year + Incentive.
