Implements and supports continuous improvements and business process changes. Candidate must be local to the MN area as there is no relocation or sponsorship for this position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights
- Understand business requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that drive business action
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams through executive summaries, presentations, and data storytelling
- Participate in projects with consideration to the entire supply chain
- Identify supply chain problem areas and drives improvement utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-CheckAct, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
Direction of Others: Facilitates cross-functional projects and meetings. Works independently with general supervision.
Minimum Qualification, Skill and/ or Competency Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred. 3-5 years of experience
- Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Excel
- Strong presentation and written communication skills with ability to explain complex analytical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, statistical knowledge, and ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets
- Proven track record of creating Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Passion for the use of data and its ability to optimize business outcomes
- Support initiatives for data integrity and standardization
- Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement, including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, waste elimination
- Seeks to understand customer needs in detail and how to satisfy them
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,000-$119,000.
