SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Procurement Analyst is responsible for execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of supply chain processes to achieve business results. This person understands upstream and downstream business functions and customer requirements and solves problems within a single value stream. A portion of this role is transactional with some focus on driving continuous improvement. Candidate must be local to the AZ area as there is no relocation assistance for this role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executes purchase orders in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands
· Analyze and communicate supply constraints
· Take ownership in performing continuous improvement efforts, root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across the supply chain utilizing tools such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, A3, project slides, etc.
· Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, operations supervisors and team leads, local and network-wide supply chain analysts and master planners, customer service, IT, and logistics/warehousing group·
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume, lean environment
· Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, MES, WMS, BAAN, etc.)
· Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Office, ERP, and Reporting systems (Power BI, BOBJ, Power Automate)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
· Attention to detail and strong aptitude in process improvement and problem-solving
· Ability to understand customer needs and drive to meet these requirements
· Demonstrates urgency and takes responsibility for addressing critical roadblocks to achieving goals
· Ability to work in-office full time
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· Purchasing experience
· Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban systems
· Working knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain and material flow
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68K-$102K annually.
