SUMMARY:

The AWD Digital Experience Manager is responsible for developing and driving execution of a strategic digital roadmap for the Andersen Division across areas including sales, channel, service, and ecommerce teams. This leader will partner with Andersen Division leaders including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment on the digital roadmap, and they are also responsible for maintaining a strong connection to the broader Andersen and Renewal by Andersen digital plans to collaborate and leverage shared resources.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Grow and develop a high performing team supporting Andersen Division digital solutions across areas including sales, channel, service, and ecommerce
• Develop strategic roadmaps for Andersen Division digital solutions across areas including sales, channel, service, and ecommerce in partnership with business leaders and product owners
• Manage governance of digital experience priorities and overall roadmap
• Partner with Salesforce Delivery COE to ensure solutions delivered in alignment with customer expectations 
• Lead stakeholder communications, status reporting, and budgeting 
• Support teams by removing barriers to team success and serve as point of escalation. Propagate agile mindsets and concepts across business partners and leadership. 
• Manage financials, budgets, proposals, and conversations with leadership. Work effectively with IT Leadership as well as Finance to propose and procure funding. 
• Actively engage in Communities of Practice forums internally and externally to drive organizational maturity and innovation


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred)
• Minimum of 5-7 years in digital transformation and business relation management, Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and lead a high-performance team
• Exceptional communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
• Customer-first mindset

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
