Description & Requirements
SUMMARY
Increase sales revenue and customer experiences by leading reordering functions, continuous improvement activities and/or RBA initiatives. Responsible for engaging with Regional teams, Operations leaders, RBA Retailers, manufacturing and supply chain to resolve complex and escalated issues, delivering on our brand promise. Responsible for working cross functionally on a regular basis to resolve issues, identify and implement customer experience and cost saving opportunities. Actively work as a customer advocate across the network. Define, deliver and direct operational and strategic needs for RBA retail quality experience. Responsible for leading leaders and creating a world-class customer experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives alignment for significant financial decisions impacting quality and customer experiences utilizing strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Acts as a lead liaison between retail and the RBA internal, legal department, logistics, supply chain and sales, providing resolution to escalated reorder issues.
- Manage continuous improvement & warranty/service policy initiatives and training programs to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and improve retail experience.
- Direct multiple functions and / or strategic corporate initiatives/projects.
- Collaborate with regional managers, quality team, supply chain, logistics and business team leadership across RBA on strategy to drive excellent customer experiences, supporting retail programs while reducing the cost to serve our customer
- Create a collaborative framework with all functions or RBA (Business Unit Leadership, RD&I, Manufacturing, Quality, Legal, IT, Marketing and Sales) to deliver customer solutions to our retailers that create a competitive advantage and leverage insights garnered from Field Operations activity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Four-year degree in Business/related discipline and/or 8 years of business experience, with 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and exp
- Outstanding business and financial acumen as demonstrated by effective budgeting, forecasting and talent acquisition and management.
- Outstanding collaborator with the demonstrated ability to build partnerships with leaders across the Enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans and facilitate issue resolution.
- Expert ability to effectively forecast, plan, anticipate and conduct financial analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941 to $168,859. Annual Incentive Plan is 10%.
