Project Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking to add a Concierge Retail Service Representative to our team in Ft Myers, Florida!

Please note: the work schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday with flexible hours including: 7:30am-4pm. IN OFFICE. Not remote/ hybrid.

PURPOSE: The Concierge Retail Service Representative role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.


  • Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
  • Create and maintain homeowners job file
  • Schedule homeowners technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
  • Work with Retail Service Representatives and scheduling teams to move the homeowners job through the process
  • Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
  • Send out the post installation phone call and survey
  • Resolve any post installation situations


  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Solid and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office software
  • High attention to detail and organization abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit-sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
