SUMMARY
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager in our Roseville, MN office! This individual is a key member of the leadership team. They are responsible for managing and driving the process of continuous improvement for the warehouse function and to achieve the overall business results for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage processes that support sales order entry to ensure accuracy and minimize quality issues.
- Develop and implement lean processes to ensure continuous improvement; support new and developing operations in establishing best ‘back of the house’ processes.
- Manage the installation and service processes within the branch to ensure that standards are consistently upheld, while delivering high-level homeowner satisfaction.
- Manage installation, tech, and service capacity to ensure levels are sufficient to meet brand demands and allow for growth.
- Responsible for supply chain functions within the branch, including shipping, receiving, and purchasing.
- Participate as part of branch leadership team in achieving annual operating goals and general leadership of the branch.
- Manage the accounts receivable and payable functions to ensure payables are processed in a timely manager, manage subcontractor payments, proper close-out of jobs and manual check requests.
- Responsible for leading branch functions to support compliance and safety, to include permitting, environmental reporting, and safety program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four-year degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Three to five years of proven management experience
- Basic knowledge of operation processes and IT systems
- Basic understanding of installation processes and requirements
- Basic Lean process skills and financial knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Strong problem-solving and customer resolution skills

SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401 contribution, paid time off, paid standard and floating holidays, a robust employee wellbeing program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. The pay range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 plus an annual incentive plan.
In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
