SUMMARY:
- The purpose of this role is to lead Lean Six Sigma Projects within the Andersen Enterprise.
- These projects will be focused on within the home function or plant.
- Projects assigned will typically have moderate technical complexity and low cultural complexity.
- One or two projects will typically be active at any one time.
- Projects will typically be focused on process improvement, not process design or product/service design.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Execution. Execute Lean Six Sigma projects, including the facilitation of project teams, using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and tools to achieve significant, sustained improvements to manufacturing and transactional business processes.
- One or two projects will typically be active at any one time, which will typically be of moderate technical complexity and low cultural complexity.
- Project Coaching & Informal Training. Provide leadership, technical and cultural guidance, consulting, and coaching on Lean-Six Sigma principles and tools to project team members and associates.
- Formal Training. Participate in training Green Belts, White Belts, and other employees in the Enterprise on Lean-Six Sigma tools and methods.
- Project Hopper Development.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 to 2 years professional experience
- Perform in a tactful, professional and flexible manner with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and opinions with a strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and change management capabilities
- Drive results through persuasiveness and influencing skills; organize self and others with timely follow through and execution
- Facilitation and project management skills
- Build highly effective relationships, develop people, and create high-performing teams
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Statistical Analysis Skills - utilize software such as Minitab or Jasp to analyze process data for insights
- Coaching sills to help develop others in problem solving

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $69,529-$107,771.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
