SUMMARY

This Accounting role will support the Renewal by Andersen business, a complex, innovative, and expanding retail business within Andersen. As part of our team, you'll be involved in multi-site manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient production of our high-quality windows and doors. Additionally, you'll play a key role in the Baan IV modernization project, ensuring our financial systems are up-to-date and optimized. Your responsibilities will include product margin analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings. As we continue to grow, you'll have the chance to take on leadership opportunities, collaborating with colleagues who share your curiosity and passion for making a difference.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cottage Grove operations period end closing activities
• Cottage Grove operations financial planning
• Baan IV Modernization project FP&A delivery lead
• Complex cost allocation calculations and system application
• Common overhead cost analytics and allocation
• Product margin planning and complex analysis
• Order to invoice ecosystem monitoring
• Business case support

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• Master’s degree or equivalent; CPA, CMA preferred
• 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Excellent computer skills.
• Advanced understanding of finance & business concepts.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
