RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN SUMMARY:
SUMMARY
This Accounting role will support the Renewal by Andersen business, a complex, innovative, and expanding manufacturing and retail business within Andersen. Primary responsibilities are to ensure the accuracy of Renewal by Andersen’s financial results. This will be accomplished through comprehensive knowledge of the Renewal business, strong cost accounting skills as well as collaborating and partnering with multiple business partners. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand the why’s behind what you’re doing. In addition, this job will have the responsibility to analyze, interpret, and support implementing financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support of cycle counts and physical inventories at the Cottage Grove plant
• Reconciliation of all inventory shipments out to retailers
• Reconciliation of inventory on hand balances and intercompany movement
• Support annual cost roll and related processes
• Providing business partners with guidance on the proper methodology needed for transactions
• Provide support for any ERP integration mapping and/or design changes, including error resolution
• Support new manufacturing projects, including transitioning to a multi-site operation and ERP modernization efforts
Business Partners:
Key business partners: Supply Chain, FP&A, Corporate Owned Retail Operations General Managers and Operations Managers
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years related experience, preferably in Cost Accounting
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly motivated to strive for continuous improvement and learning opportunities
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientated and collaborative
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Salesforce, Baan (Infor), OneStream, Business Objects, PowerBI experience
• CPA/CMA
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255-$119,745.
