SUMMARY

Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Concierge RSR to our team in Roseville, MN. The Concierge will provide Signature Service by serving as a single point of contact for our homeowner customers. They will partner with the sales teams to provide a customized level of communication with each homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customers’ experience in upgrading their homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Signature Service to homeowners
  • Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
  • Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
  • Work with retail service reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner’s job through the process
  • Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress
  • Schedule homeowners’ technical measures, installation dates, and make reminder calls
  • Send out the post-installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills
  • Strong competence in MS Office software
  • High attention to detail & level of organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.The pay range for this position is $24.45-$34.45 per hour.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
