Hourly Range: $19.15-$23.00

Qualifications:

Desire to learn skills on the job in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Willingness to cross-train on several operations within your department
Must possess problem solving, communication, teamwork and leadership skills
Ability to read and understand reports
Dependability and punctuality
Ability demonstrate competency in safety, quality, initiative, teamwork, training, attitude and attendance

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
