SUMMARY  

The Process Coordinator is responsible for handling a variety of internal office and warehouse functions such as cross-training to cover other associates with admin functions including handling office paperwork, cycle counting, running various in reports in our systems, and supporting the warehouse team with their daily functions. be a resource others can call on when needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Respond to warehouse inquiries regarding inventory/ cycle count issues.
• Provide support running reports for operations in WMS or other systems.
• Provide data to support metrics for continuous improvement efforts.
• Support documenting Standard Work and other process work as needed.
• Ability to train others in key functions supporting the warehouse operation.
• Able to research issues and provide solutions to ongoing process issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite, PowerBI reporting and other business tools.
• Work with limited supervision and stay on task effectively.
• Function and communicate cross-functionally across mfg plant. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• Requires HS Diploma and 3-5 years experience in office environment.
• Strong Computer skills; advanced Excel (Pivot tables, etc..) for reporting.
• Ability to work independently and consistently productive.
• Work well under pressure and with deadlines.
• Able to communicate at multiple levels within team effectively.
• Ability to communicate to warehouse staff and give clear information.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Strong organizational skills in computer filing and record-keeping.
• Must be flexible, a good listener, and willingness to always learn..
• Become an expert in WMS system.

• Experience in Delivery Transportation Planning
• Experience in WMS systems
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish
• Lean Mfg knowledge

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (to be included with production postings):

·       Must be able to stand for 8-10 hrs.

·       Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
