This position is primarily responsible for handling a variety of shipping office functions including coordinating deliveries, inventory control, daily problem solving. The ideal candidate will embrace a versatile position and support varying daily responsibilities based off the business requirements.
Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm Monday – Friday (OT can extend the day to 4:30PM)
Responsibilities:
- Complete cycle counting responsibilities for ALI site
- Assist the warehouse in managing inventory discrepancies.
- Own the OS&D follow up and root cause actions (overage, shortage, damage)
- Provide analytical support on KPI’s
- Assist in the development, documentation, communication and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Cross train with other positions to preform critical activities as a backup.
- Serve as a department project team member.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years work experience.
- Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
- Professional phone etiquette, verbal and writing skills.
- Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- General knowledge of Andersen products/services.
- Ability to handle Andersen product in a warehouse environment is required.
