SUMMARY 
Principal Scheduler in the Bayport 100S SC Team
Managing Schedules vs Op Plan vs Budgets
Key Team Member on the three 100S Plant Leveling Team
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Manage/Publish Daily Schedules
Owner of Daily 100S Dashboard
Key SC Liason between Operations to ensure schedules vs capacity are balanced
Scheduling SME
Lead A3 Projects
Mentor for OLDP


MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
Is self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates knowledge of and coaches others on lean tools including Pull, 5Y,
PDCA, kaizen facilitation, A3 thinking, waste elimination.
 
 
SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
