POSITON SUMMARY:
The Service Support Coordinator provides support to internal and external customers. Collaborates across functional areas to build relationships and communicate service strategies, objectives, warranties, policies, and processes. Identifies, implements, and maintains continuous process and performance improvements to meet or exceed objectives and customer expectations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Support multiple process flows across more than one function (i.e., field service and vendor call center support, audit service part order and work order activity, etc.)
- Supports cross functional customer-focused project initiatives
- Maintains contractor processes to ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies, including insurance requirements and managing customer reimbursements
- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 years work experience to include training and processing work.
- Proven ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Self-motivated learner with proven problem solving and conceptual skills
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
- Knowledge of service policies, warranties, and procedures
- Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Suite applications
- Strong knowledge of technical and business tools.
