SUMMARY:
Plans, leads and directs activities of large scope complex projects at the enterprise level crossing many functions and business units. (Multiple major business processes across many functions and business units and/or very complex business processes). Provides consultation to company or business partners on resolution of critical complex business problems, defining business processes and researching/identifying customer requirements, best practices and enabling technology. Formulate approaches that achieve desired business results. Directs and participates in the development of the business case. Consults with senior management to identify key strategies and projects. Assists in training and coaching project managers. Significant change management experience required.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Work closely with sponsor and stakeholders to determine project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing, while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource constraints. Manages program/project scope and facilitates changes through a standard change management process.
-Manage work definition with teams, document project activities, sequences of milestones, dependencies and duration of tasks required to complete the project on time and within budget.
-Defines project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. Supports product owners in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications and helping implement an effective system of program governance.
-Responsible for coordinating with other cross functional Logistics/Supply Chain and business teams as necessary to resolve interdependent issues. Provide direction and decision making for problem resolution to project resources during the project duration in a matrix organizational structure.
-Responsible for appropriate escalation processes and ensuring issues are escalated to the appropriate teams and authority for resolution. Effectively manage trade-offs between scope/cost/schedule versus customer benefit while maintaining quality and minimizing risk.
-Effectively manages project budget proactively against the approved project budget and give early warning of variances to the Executive sponsor and stakeholders. Regularly tracks and reports status, issues, risks, and financials to management.
-Ensure the objectives were accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities. Coordinate post project review of project disciplines with a view to improve future project performance.
-Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and be accountable for their assigned work.



QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 
-Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent preferred).
-Scrum, Agile/Scrum Developer, Other Agile Certifications, PMP Welcome.
-Four to seven years of related experience and demonstrated success in project leadership.
-A minimum of 1 year experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
