As a Regional Sales Manager with us, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. You'll lead a team of talented sales professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them exceed their targets and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities Include: Participating in ride along within our designated territory, which includes travel from the Torrance Office and Northwest of the 605 major cities such as such as Pasadena, Van Nuys, Canoga Park, Simi Valley, Santa Monica, and Thousand Oaks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.


  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
  • Experience in home improvement/ remodel is a plus but not required.


  • Four-year degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • Minimum of four years of proven sales management experience; in-home sales experience a plus
  • Planning and goal-setting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Financial knowledge
  • Decision-making and strategic thinking skills
  • Results orientation and ability to provide high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to train, coach and develop high performing sales team.
  • Take lead in influencing team dynamics and growth trajectory.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodology and ability to produce strong results.


This role offers a base salary of $118,024 - $204,600 along with a highly attractive commission structure that is paid quarterly.

This role is also eligible for incentive compensation that has many determining factors including but not limited to, branch sales performance, branch operating profit, etc.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
