The Project Management Intern is responsible for project leadership and change management within the Customer Experience organization through use of project management methodologies. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives, communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and partners, and ensuring projects meet the needs of our customers. Throughout the internship, this role will receive support and direction from a mentor and manager.


This position is open to students obtaining their undergraduate degree. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate cross-functional teams having explicit objectives and scope

• Propose, implement, and support business tool and process enhancements

• Perform data analyses to support recommendations

• Ensure new processes integrate with existing processes

• Train customers on new and modified processes


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Obtaining bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, computer science, supply chain, or other related field

• 3.0+ GPA

• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, and conceptual skills.

• Strong problem-solving and opportunity identification skills.

• Upholds a “customer first” mindset and prioritizes the customer experience.
