We are seeking a dynamic Principal Financial Analyst to join our finance team and focus on supporting our business unit finance function supporting revenue and discount analytics and outlooks. This role offers a collaborative environment where you work closely with the business unit and finance leadership to drive revenue analytics, planning and process improvements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Andersen Division revenue, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business unit and division objectives.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the business unit and finance teams to streamline financial processes, enhancing accuracy and reducing cycle times.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial performance of revenue initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in financial analysis.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines and regulations.
