SUMMARY:

Utilize process standards to; audit, assist with setups, troubleshoot, train, and participate in “Managed Daily Improvement” (MDI) 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Audit conformance to Standards

·       Troubleshooting: Quality issues and Performance issues

·       Make minor adjustments to processes under guidance of other technicians.

·       Process Improvement – identify opportunities to standardize processes & methods.

·       Prepare documentation for review. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·       3-5 years milling experience

·       Basic knowledge of Microsoft products.

·       High School diploma or GED

·       Ability to articulate and communicate with operations leaders.

·       Demonstrated aptitude for technical work.

·       Ability to read and understand product drawings and specifications.

·       Strong collaboration skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
