SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Accountant II will provide support to ensure the accuracy of financial results transacted through the cost and inventory systems using established processes and procedures by performing the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 20% Inventory Reconciliation and Reporting
- 20% Product Life Cycle Management Process (PLMs)
- 15% Product Costing
- 15% Period Close
- 10% Continuous Improvement
- 10% Projects
- 5% Physical Inventory
- 5% Baan ERP/InforLN Knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA, CMA preferred
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Strong computer & system skills
- Intermediate understanding of Cost and Management Accounting Principles
- Personal Integrity, Positive Outlook, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Tolerance of Ambiguity, Initiative

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
