This work will be accomplished in Goodyear, AZ in our 550,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility. It’s an amazing place with smart factory technology, warm, welcoming and fun work environment, privacy rooms for new mothers, prayer/meditation rooms along with an outstanding benefit and compensation plan. • Partner with peers across two additional sites producing 100 Series products to share best practices and contribute to a three-plant model of our capacity
  • Collaborate with team members in operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and other departments to persuasively sell continuous improvement ideas and communicate technical information in a confident and respectful manner

  • 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Technology
  • 1-5 years of industrial engineering, lean, Six Sigma, or related experiences
  • Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principals
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing cross functional groups
  • Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience with change management strategies
