SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Pricing Manager to join our team and focus on supporting the Renewal by Andersen company owned retail businesses. This role will lead pricing and financial planning and offer a fast-paced environment in a complex, innovative, and expanding retail business within Andersen. This position is ideal for a driven finance leader who is eager to influence strategic pricing and the financial direction of our retail business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement pricing strategy to maximize profitability and grow market share.
- Lead retail pricing processes, product margin analysis, and pricing control support while overseeing FP&A pricing analyst in their responsibilities and development.
- Collaborate with highly engaged business partners as a valued thought partner on financial analysis, annual budgeting, projections, period end close/reporting, capacity planning, and project support ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Full P&L support of company owned retail businesses, including period end close and reporting responsibilities.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial performance of retail initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Cultivate business and finance relationships, which include learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including pricing and financial analysis.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with skills in leading, mentoring, and collaborating.
- Strong diligence for data accuracy.
- Capable of setting priorities and executing in a fast-paced organization.
- Must possess a learning and improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941-$168,859.
