The Electro Mechanical Technician II will troubleshoot and repair all production equipment in a timely manner to control downtime costs. This individual will also utilize predictive and preventative measures to minimize recurrences of emergency repairs.


·         Experience in design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of sequential processes and proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, machine controls, including frequency drivers and touch panels.

·         Allen Bradley PLC programming required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) and proficient computer skills to utilize PLC and enterprise resource planning software, as well as label/shipping software systems.

·         Requires experience in industrial manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

·         Advanced competency in root cause analysis evaluations.


·         2-year degree in Robotics/Automation or related technical degree and 4 years of experience in programming and troubleshooting PLC’s and Robotics.

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Must pass and maintain PIT and LOTO certification.

·         Must pass internal qualifying test after hired.

·         Regular/dependable attendance is required.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.  Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
