This Customer Service Supervisor - Hybrid position is responsible for supervising, training and coaching Retail Quality Coordinators who partner with retail to process reorders for the Renewal by Andersen retailer network. 
 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and develop team of Retail Quality Coordinators in a hybrid work model who process reorders while providing customer service to RbA retailers.
Participate in process improvement projects. 
Prepare metrics. 
Provide and develop training. 
Resolve escalated homeowner reorder scenarios and expedite as needed.
Other duties as assigned. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 
Four - year degree or and equivalent combination of education and experience.  
Leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills. 
Multi-Tasking and time management skills. 
Coaching/Feedback. 
Strong communication skills. 
Team and relationship building skills. 
Continuous Improvement skills. 
Supervisory experience required.
Ability to train, coach and develop others.
Green Belt experience a plus.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
