The Centralized Talent CC Lead will be responsible for assisting the Centralized Talent Contact Center Manager in maximizing the performance of Talent Agents. This candidate will hire, train and peformance manage the Talent Agent Team while creating a culture of high employee engagement. This candidate will effectively mange relationships with hiring managers and the Centralized Talent Marketing. This role has a base salary plus a potential weighted incentive.

25% Oversee, Hire and train team:

Oversee, hire and train a team of 7-15 TA Agents on Centralized Recruiting to convert leads into quality candidates that receive job offers from our Hiring Managers via a prescribed script and methodology

25% Daily Process Management:

Lead ongoing coaching for TA Agents on scripting and adhering to Centralized Recruiting process through reviewing phone calls and customer feedback to provide the highest quality contact with candidates

Day to Day focus on direction of their assigned team. 

20% Candidate & Site Strategy :

 Act as liaison between Hiring Manager, Recruiter’s, and TA agents to maximize daily interview capacity and ensuring Hiring Teams adhere to Centralized Recruiting processes

20% Analytics:

Review TA Agent recruiting metrics (i.e. % show rate and % offer rates) in Power BI and Excel for performance management and recognition purposes as well as partner with Finance to ensure incentive plans are paid out to TA agents accurately and timely

Leverage Network and Enterprise contacts to stay up to date in Telecom trends and updates

10% Deliver a World Class Candidate Experience:

Review process and provide recommendations on improvements to enhance candidate experience as well as communicate any process updates to Talent Agents 


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of three years of Sales, Contact Center and/or Recruiting experience preferred

Strong skills in processes and their application to attracting key talent 

Collaborative approach to building relationships, and experience working in a matrixed organization requiring

Superior influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to hire, coach and train TA Agents 

2+ years of management experience preferred 

Proficient in data analytics and ability to manage team incentive plans

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
