We are hiring for a Business Manager   that will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving departmental goals.  They will leverage their understanding of the customer and RbA’s business strategy to develop and execute effective plans, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.  Working closely with delivery partners (sales, marketing, RD&I, operations, finance and IT) throughout the Division and Enterprise to deliver strategic and annual plans. 

**Hybrid work schedule with three days each week in office commitments**

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a detailed understanding of customer needs, purchase triggers, behaviors and influences when considering replacement products.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to deliver roadmap initiatives.
• Manage product profitability and commercial success and own the business case.
• Develop and own product road map.
• Monitor competitive product and positioning to maintain competitive advantage.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related field with strong quantitative and problem-solving focus.
• Minimum of five years of experience in customer facing roles (marketing, sales, account management, product management, and engineering) with a demonstrated ability to achieve business results.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that contribute to business success.
• Fostering collaborative environments that lead to innovative solutions.
• Proven experience with identifying opportunities, creating then implementing a plan to create business results from opportunity.
• Expertise in setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback to ensure accountability and results.
• Experienced in leading and coordinating work streams across different teams.
• Agility and adaptability to changing priorities and resources to achieve business objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
