POSITION SUMMARY:
1. The purpose of this role is to lead Lean Six Sigma projects, primarily within the Andersen Enterprise.
2. Some of these projects may include suppliers or other partners.
3. Projects assigned will typically have moderate technical complexity and low/moderate cultural complexity.
4. Two or three projects will typically be active at any one time.
5. Projects will typically be focused on process improvement, but may include smaller scope process design or product/service design.
6. The role will also involve project coaching of 1 or 2 Green Belts.
7. The role includes participating in the training of Green Belts and White Belts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution. Execute Lean Six Sigma projects, including the facilitation of project teams, using Lean-Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and tools to achieve significant, sustained improvements to manufacturing and transactional business processes.

Two or three projects will typically be active at any one time, which will typically be of moderate technical complexity and low/moderate cultural complexity.

Project Coaching & Informal Training. Provide leadership, technical and cultural guidance, consulting, and coaching on Lean-Six Sigma principles and tools to project team members and associates.

Typically, coach 1 or 2 Green Belts.
- Formal Training. Participate in training Green Belts, White Belts, and other employees in the Enterprise on Lean-Six Sigma tools and methods.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 to 5 years professional experience
- Perform in a tactful, professional and flexible manner with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and opinions with a strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and change management capabilities
- Drive results through persuasiveness and influencing skills; organize self and others with timely follow through and execution
- Coaching, facilitation, and project management skills
- Build highly effective relationships, develop people, and create high-performing teams
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216 - $153,784.
