Associate Retail Quality Coordinator - Hybrid use sharp assessment skills to determine root cause on manufacturing fall downs, communicate by phone and email with retail offices, and manually enter complex/escalated reorders. Strong candidates would thrive in a fast - paced work environment, apply critical thinking on the fly, and enjoy building relationships. Work from home flexibility with in-office commitment as needed.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer/delivery partner fulfillment related requests/inquiries. (Combination of phone and email.)
  • Process more complex order requests.
  • Clarify, diagnose and problem-solve customer order fulfillment requests/issues.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve overall levels of service.
  • Communicate order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provide customer/delivery partner feedback.
  • Responsible for intermediate to complex level tasks.
  • Serve as a department/corporate project team member.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 year's work experience.
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Intermediate writing skills.
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Results oriented.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
