The Associate Retail Manager will partner with the Event & Retail Manager to grow the Orange County market retail footprint, primarily through the development & management of local retail partnerships. Another major component of the roll will be recruiting, hiring, and training marketing representatives, as well as staffing and scheduling. 
  • Oversees participation in retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including onsite administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
  • Negotiates with retail partners and outside vendors to procure space and obtain the best value for our investment.
  • Manages the department calendar. 
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training; will also provide in-field coaching.
  • Leads classroom training to teach new staff RbA methodology and processes.
  • Provides guidance, training and work direction to Retail Marketing Representatives. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred; or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
  • Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events, and/or managing sales/retail teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Total compensation for this role includes both a salary ranging from $46,209 to $71,623 plus a target bonus that averages $15,000.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
