SUMMARY

Our team is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager! This individual will assist in developing marketing strategies for our corporate-owned retail operations locations (CORO). This will include reporting, analytics, project coordination and expense management to support lead generation and business growth.

We are looking for candidates with a digital marketing background who have strong analytical and presentation skills. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Evaluates and makes recommendations with respect to improving source KPIs, creative assets, and overall process. 

·       Leads all reporting and analysis for CORO-related initiatives for assigned sources.

·       Works with marketing leaders and owns pieces of the marketing budget.

·       Coordinates and develops lead generation tactics & materials; communicates to leadership.

·       Makes decisions to ensure the project is within the original scope. Elevates large decisions that are out of scope or budget to Marketing Manager.

·       May travel to markets, assisting the marketing department in communication, lead generation strategy, building relationships with business partners and understanding the differences in each market.

·       Acts as the CORO marketing team's account manager for internal departments, to ensure CORO marketing teams get creative assets that meets our brand standards and are ready to be delivered to vendors.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

·       Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field with a minimum of 5 years or relevant marketing experience.

·       Must be experienced in direct response marketing as well as its tools and trends and be able to apply them to Renewal by Andersen’s business; strong understanding of analytics and financial reporting. 

·       Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and enjoys success in a team environment.

·       Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

·       Experience with the following: website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and digital platforms (e.g. Paid Meta, Google Ads).

·       Proven success in demand generation, last touch attribution, SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, reporting, analytics.

·       Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely manner. Needs to be able to present to all levels of RbA organization.

SALARY INFORMATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, paid standard and floating holidays, a robust employee wellbeing program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. The salary range for this position is $76,078 - $97,000.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
