SUMMARY:
The Associate Event & Retail Manager will partner with the Event & Retail Manager to grow the Los Angeles market retail footprint, primarily through the development and management of local retail partnerships. Another major component of the role will be recruiting, hiring, and training marketing representatives, as well as staffing and scheduling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversees development and participation in retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities, including onsite administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details
  • Negotiates contracts with retail partners and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment
  • Manages the department calendar
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training; will also provide in-field coaching
  • Leads classroom training to teach new staff RbA methodology and processes
  • Provides guidance, training and work direction to retail marketing reps
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
 
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communication preferred, or equivalent skills and abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events, and/or managing sales/retail teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking skills, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills
 
SALARY INFORMATION:  
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is a range of $46,209 to $71,623  plus average incentive of $15,000.

 In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
