The TA Sourcing Partner will work together with the TA Partner in sourcing talent for open requisitions as well as build talent pipelines and a repository of sourcing resources for future staffing needs.  By building talent pipelines we are able to meet the organization’s talent needs more quickly and more effectively. 


·       Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and execute searches and screen passive candidates.

·       Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions based on workforce planning forecasts and common skillsets being hired for.

·       Research and create innovative and resourceful strategies to mine and attract the best passive and active candidates using a variety of resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruitment databases, employee referrals, local and national community partnerships, networking, hosting recruiting events, and attending career fairs.

·       Provide ongoing feedback to Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Leadership around competition and market conditions.

·       Track and report accurate weekly recruitment results.


·       BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

·       Experience with Avature or similar ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

·       Demonstrated proficiency building an extensive candidate pipeline

·       Possess excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

·       Excellent planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail

·       Ability to navigate multiple and changing priorities

·       Experience working in a collaborative team environment and independently

·       2+ years of experience sourcing passive candidates for professional-level positions


·       Experience sourcing STEM talent

·       Experience sourcing talent in the manufacturing or building materials industry

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter.
