Supply Chain Analyst II to support the Flexiframe and Woodwright Manufacturing site. This role applies practical supply chain knowledge to identify, analyze and solve problems within a single value stream, as well as implements and supports continuous improvement and business process changes. 

This position requires the ability to work autonomously, solve problems across organizational boundaries, and work with ambiguity.



Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain(plan, source, make, deliver)

Daily collaboration with Operations

Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making

Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands
Creative problem solving

Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking

Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver)   

Common exposure to operations, production scheduling, procurement, logistics, and customer-facing team members

Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners



Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience.  Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.

3-5 years Supply Chain experience Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems, Microsoft Office

Experience in Infor Baan IV is a differentiator

Familiar with utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement, such as Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, waste elimination

Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, data mining and data reporting

Demonstrates excellent communication skills
