Description & Requirements

Shift: Shift: Day shift (6AM – 6PM). You will work 3 consecutive days then have 3 consecutive days off. Three weeks you will work 36 hours and then three weeks you will work 48 hours. Each crew works 3 consecutive weekends, then has 3 consecutive weekends off. Over the course of one year, you’ll work up to 80 days less than a normal 5-day work week.


Pay:  You will start at $16.50/hr with full benefits. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Replenish materials to production areas and warehouse following the standard work and replenishment FIFO rules.
  • Put inventory away in proper location in warehouse.
  • Remove empty loads from warehouse.
  • Sort and report scrap material
  • Must operate equipment in a safe and manner.
  • Maintain PIT equipment in accordance with daily checklist.
  • Remove empty carts and replace with full carts as needed
  • Pull and review packing lists
  • Check received goods against purchase orders
  • Assure quality standards understood and they are met
  • Perform Safety audits
  • Follow standard work, control plans, and written work instructions
  • Coach and train new associates
  • Operate small machines as needed
  • Inventory counts and ordering of materials.
  • Assist with the drying of raw materials (acrylics and other future materials as needed)
  • Participate and sustain 5S activities.
  • Participate in kaizen events and sustain improvements made from those events.
  • Maintain storage areas.
  • Prepare flats for loading and disassemble if needed.
  • Wrap & label loads as necessary.
  • Attend and participate in appropriate training and development programs
  • Unloads trailers, identify, verify and sign for material received.
  • Loads trailers and prepares shipping documentation as needed.
  • Handle wastes from extrusion process – grind scrap and dispose trash.
  • Attend and participate in appropriate training and development programs
  • Develop knowledge of inventory tracking systems (tools & software).  Perform transactions under direction of Sr. Supply Chain Associates and other qualified resources.

Qualifications - External
  • High School Graduate/GED/HSED

  • Ability to lift (50 lbs., several times a day).

  • Demonstrated attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills- keyboarding, Windows

  • Understanding of product, parts and location

  • Licensed PIT operator

  • Understanding of related safety policies and procedures
