Description & Requirements
- Actively make outbound phone calls to customers that have expressed interest in replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen. A successful Agent sells the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant.
- Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments
- Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls
- Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome.
- Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers
- Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and every other weekend.
- Ability to work in the Stillwater office for initial training and orientation period (estimated to be 6 weeks) and, as needed, in the future.
- Ability to work successfully in a remote work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations.
- High-speed Internet at 25 Mbps or higher (to connect to Renewal’s call center technology when remote)

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2022 Profit Sharing Plan, including the definition of full vaccination against COVID-19, are subject to change or termination without notice.
